T.Ellis : how was life growing up as a military kid ?                                         


SUB-ZERO : it was cool.                        


T.Ellis : was your childhood normal or not normal ?                                         


SUB-ZERO : not normal.                        


T.Ellis : being from Sacramento California what is the city and state like ?                                                     


SUB-ZERO : I love it we have a mix population and a lot going on in the entertainment industry.                


T.Ellis : at what age did you start rapping ?                                               


SUB-ZERO : I was twelve years old. 


T.Ellis : any musical influence growing up ?                                     


SUB-ZERO : yes Earth Wind & Fire, Kiss, Jimmy Hendrix, Prince, Kool Moe D, Run DMC, LL Cool J, MC Romeo, and The Royal Mixxers & Rappin Crew just to name a few.     


T.Ellis : you was apart of the group the Beat Boys how many projects did y'all put out ?                                 


SUB-ZERO : yes probably about seven could be more.we just decided to do solo projects but we are still connected deep though.         


T.Ellis : you was brought into the rap game by 2 Live Crew what was that experience like ?                                  


SUB-ZERO : yes, and that was a great experience to be apart of their music family as teenagers.                  


T.Ellis : did you record any music with 2 Live Crew and did any shows and touring with them ?                      


SUB-ZERO : no but later in life I was a special guest at the Luke Skywalker show and that was dope to me.                                                   


T.Ellis : you recorded a number of ten projects did all of them come from Macola Records ?                        


SUB-ZERO : no most came out on my major independent Record Label.   


T.Ellis : as a solo artist how different is it from being a group member ?      


SUB-ZERO : more freedom with my choices.                                               


T.Ellis : have you accomplished all your goals as a rap artist ?                   


SUB-ZERO : not all the way yet but I'm almost there.                                 


T.Ellis : as a producer did you produce some of your own music ?    


SUB-ZERO : yes I did and I also have a music team plus I work with well known producers as well.                     


T.Ellis : which one you enjoy more doing producing music or recording music ?                                                 


SUB-ZERO : both I love everything that has to do with music period.       


T.Ellis : what type of promoting you done ?                                                   


SUB-ZERO : I work with Artists, Record Labels, ran mom's and pops record store's, DJ Pools, Radio Station, Clubs, Concert Venues, Movies, Podcast Shows, and etc.         


T.Ellis : how did you get into promoting ?                                         



SUB-ZERO : Bill Graham presents staff members etc.                              



T.Ellis : as a director what type of projects you directed ?                       



SUB-ZERO : music videos, model shoots, and etc.                                     



T.Ellis : when will your new music come out ?                                          


SUB-ZERO : some time this year and their is several projects.                       



T.Ellis : where can people hear your music now ?                                         



SUB-ZERO : go to YouTube channel or Google type in SUB-ZERO SMD.      


T.Ellis will you leave behind a legacy ?
