Travis Ellison when did you get into doing paralegal and notary work.                                                                    Taitianna Thomas I became a notary March of 2020 and got my AAB in paralegal in December of 2021          Travis Ellison what inspired you to get into those two fields.                                                                                        Taitianna Thomas we'll actually I also have my AAS in criminal justice but as a child I always wanted to become a lawyer. I got into criminal justice and the legal field after going through an abusive marriage and i wanted to study the ins and outs of the justice field.I then seen that I didn't want to stop there so I returned back to school to become a paralegal. and as far as notary, it just came along the way.                                      Travis Ellison what does paralegal work and notary work consist of.                                                                       Taitianna Thomas notary is simply general notary work simply means traveling to clients notarize documents that are not related to real estate transactions.this includes everything from powers of attorney, trust documents, healthcare - related documents, auto title transfers and many more. paralegal work consist of conduct clients and maintain general contact with clients.locate and interview witness. conduct investigations statistical documentary research.conduct legal research. draft legal documents, correspondence and pleading. summarize deposition, interrogaties and testimony. attend executions wills, real estate closings, depositions court or administrative hearings and trials with attorney. author and sign correspondence provided the paralegal status is clearly indicated and the correspondence does not contain independent legal opinions or legal advice.                                                        Travis Ellison how does it feel to be a educated hard working successful black woman in today's society.        Taitianna Thomas Today, I find it being a fight not only for the gender role but the ethnicity. I feel like the more success I gain I'm more threatening Iam to the next. I find myself really having to mind my words and choose wisely how I carry myself. personally, iam proud that I crushed all obstacles that came my way. if you carry yourself well, your name alone will speak for you in rooms where you aren't.                                           Travis Ellison how do you maintain doing all the work you do and being a mother.                                                 Taitianna Thomas Planning !
